Stephen Gardiner is the Managing Director for Accenture Digital in Canada. In this role, Stephen helps many of Canada's leading companies digitally transform. Stephen works across a broad range of digital topics including business model transformation, customer experience, marketing transformation and how AI is reshaping the landscape. Stephen also has a passion for helping Youth find their way. He is the Chairman of the Board for NPower Canada, a highly successful non-profit workforce development organization that helps barriered youth get the skills they need to succeed.
