AAGEF: Conversation with Ambassador Pierre Vimont in New York, USA
One Year On - A New Initiative for Europe
An AAGEF* initiative
Join us at the Yale Club on October 5th (8.30am to 10.00am) for a conversation with Ambassador Pierre Vimont, Visiting Professor at Columbia University and former Executive Secretary-General of the European External Action Service, on:
One Year On - A New Initiative for Europe
In September 2017, French President Emmanuel Macron proposed in a speech at La Sorbonne an initiative meant to "rebuild a sovereign, united, and democratic Europe." One year later, how have France's European partners responded to this initiative? What has been achieved? And what hurdles still need to be overcome?
We look forward to seeing you there!
