Join Tomoko Kusuda, VP Corporate Affairs & Engagement at L’Oreal Japan and Kaoru Inahara, Director of Brand & Business Marketing at Google Japan for an elevating conversation on the importance of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs at their companies.

DEI programs at workplaces are integral for building a thriving workforce and have the power to drive positive impact to the wider society. Tomoko Kusada and Kaoru Inahara will both share examples of how L’Oreal and Google Japan have incorporated DEI programs into their work including the Gender Equity Certification from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, the importance of empowering employees through employee relations groups like Women@Google, and supporting women entrepreneurs through Women Will.
