Vincent took part in different roles in his career including Lab Testing, Inspection, and divisional management in his career path. Vincent holds a Master’s Degree in Quality Management from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and communication from the City University of Hong Kong. \n\n \nVivian Chan\nTechnical Consultant, QIMA Limited \n \nGraduated from the City University of Hong Kong. She has been engaged in the product inspection and quality control industry for more than 20 years and has extensive experience in international testing standards for toys and infant products.
